ABOUT JAY H.

As President & CEO of Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities, I lead a mission-driven organization providing exceptional care and education for children with complex medical and developmental needs in Keene, NH. Drawing on 20 years of human services leadership — and the intersection of policy expertise and business strategy that my doctorate in law and policy and MBA represent — I focus on building sustainable, innovative models of care for the children, young adults, families, and communities we serve. My work extends beyond Cedarcrest: I serve as an accreditation surveyor for CARF International, holding organizations to the highest standards of service delivery, and I have shared my experience as an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Law and Policy program at Northeastern University, where I earned my doctoral degree. These roles reflect a consistent throughline — advancing quality, accountability, and opportunity in the human services sector.I\'m always open to connecting on best practices, policy, and what it means to lead with both rigor and heart. Let\'s chat.
