Includes the Western Division’s largest group of Internal Business Solutions (IBS) operations, which directly supply to major business customers (i.e. Boeing, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Arizona Highway Patrol, City of Sierra Vista, and other major fleets and government municipalities).• Directly interface with 3 Area Managers with responsibility for approximately 12-15 stores each; generating more than $60 Million in combined annual sales revenue.• Drive sales performance, profit contribution, and profit and loss control through staff motivation and the setting and realization of weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and the customer incentive program through Area Managers.• Oversee “NAPA Top Store” renovation projects for all store locations, ensure remodels are completed on time and within budget, and provide feedback on managing project expenses and process improvements.• Analyze and maintain store inventory levels to ensure quality control and loss prevention compliance. • Work closely with outside physical inventory auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with NAPA standards.• Manage vendor negotiations, ensure lowest possible cost, and expense assets accordingly.• Perform P&L management, create budget projections, and review monthly profits. • Lead fleet safety by ensuring 200+ corporate vehicles comply with Vehicle Safety standards.Key Accomplishments• Increased sales from $58 Million in 2014 to a projected $63 million in 2016.• Successfully expanded sales operations from Phoenix and Tucson to include all of Arizona.• Significantly grew market distribution by establishing an additional 8 retail stores and 3 IBS locations.• Transitioned fleet safety operations, which were consistently delinquent, to a level where managers are engaged in safety and have 100% current safety compliance.
