PROFESSIONAL PROFILE A top-performing and hands-on management professional with nearly 19 years of progressive experience in security-services management. I offer a broad skill set in the areas of sales management, relationship building, personnel management, operations management, staffing and hiring, employee training and development, business development, operations management and employee retention strategies. My experience includes providing strategic leadership and direction to a commercial sales force at a worldwide supplier of electronic security systems. I have served as the director and general manager of a large security operation where we built, trained, and managed a team of 30 personnel, including 12 direct-report sales representatives.
