Using a systematic approach that combines Agile mindsets and Scrum methods, I love to empower organizations to delight their customers and bring joy to the workplace.BACKGROUND: I spent my career as a tech entrepreneur and some prior company build-outs include PC power peripherals, school audio-visual products, DVD kiosks, and B2B cloud software and services. I discovered Agile is a great way to build and guide ventures. I am a certified Agile professional by the Scrum Alliance, the International Consortium for Agile, LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and ATI. I also had the privilege to serve as faculty at Northwestern University, Washington University St Louis, and the University of Chicago for courses I developed in Agile Entrepreneurship and Agile Leadership inspiring the leaders in the future of work.
