SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP QM and MDG:> SAP MM power-user (end-user) to raise and review the material as well as service PR and PO.> SAP MM to review reports such as past consumption data, inventory levels, previous PR-PO, vendor master data, budget, flags, etc.> SAP PM to manage notification and work orders (PM01/PM02/PM03/ZM08 etc) and to check out equipment history.> Create/change/update/delete bill of material (BOM), functional location (FL), equipment tags of plant equipment using SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).> Codification of equipment spares, consumables using MMCS and to identify the availability of existing code and avoid code duplication.> SAP QM to record the quality results of received material in SAP.> Time-bound review of inventory and update levels (safety stock, reorder level, maximum level) in SAP as per SOP.Plant Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnaround:> Ensure safe execution of routine and non-routine jobs in a plant using a permit to work and TBRA procedure.> Compliance to schedule of preventive maintenance jobs.> Ensure availability of resources in case of equipment breakdown.
