My main responsibility within this role is to onboard new clients into our Integrated Global Systems (IGS) managed services. I generally work with the client to discover what the environment is like and what components are involved that we will be managing. I am the first account created and it is my job to onboard the devices and services in the contract scope.This role exposes me to pretty much every different type of setup you can think of. I have successfully onboarded Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, on-prem, and all sorts of hybrid infrastructure. Transitioning all types of clients to a fully managed third-party IT solution comes with all sorts of challenges but the goal here is planning, discovery, onboarding, and execution.
