Hi! I’m a Partner in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice based in Toronto, Canada. For over 30 years I’ve charted a career as a results-oriented management consultant with deep financial services experience with banking and insurance clients in North America and Europe. At present I also act as leader for our Conduct & Culture Services practice in Canada.Clients and colleagues describe me as a complex problem solver with a pragmatic vision. In serving my clients, I’ve guided firms through Market Conduct, Risk Culture, Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Basel capital programs, AML and Risk Transformation initiatives based on industry leading practices and design thinking.One of my specialties is facilitating polarized views, change management processes and governance reviews among Boards of Directors and executive management teams.I often draw upon my architecture and design training to approach risk and governance from a microscopic and macroscopic perspective. This helps clients understand how all business components can come together as a system of structural integrity.In my spare time I indulge my interest in music, movies and popular culture.
