Lead the compliance function to deliver product in compliance with global legislations for cosmetics products and OTC FDA. Ensure global notifications included CPNP, UK SCPN, Health Canada, US Cosmetics Direct are completed successfully. Work with global licensors to ensure products fully comply with licensor safety requirements, uploading product files to portals such as Disney OPA. Ensure CPSR are updated with any ingredient legislation changes, including latest IFRA amendments. Deliver EPR regulation requirements for global markets, including France, Germany, UK implementing any additional labelling requirements. Ensure product registrations are completed in markets such as Israel, Saudi, UAE, ASEAN, Latin America by maintaining and providing PIF documentation as required, including ISO 22716 documents for all our manufacturing sites. Strategic planning for future legislation changes in EU / US markets to ensure business is sufficiently resourced to meet these requirments. Training and development of junior team members.
