Yokogawa Centum VP DCS up-gradation from R5 to R6.07 controller AFG30D to latest AFV30D controller, Pro safe -RS IPS/FGS R3.10 to R4.05, Windows -7 HIS station upgrade to Windows -10 Operating system. Involved in Pre- shutdown activity FAT, SAT, PSSR, Installation of Layer-2 switch for V-net/IP BUS-1 & BUS-2 & AFV30D controller, commissioning & start up.• Yokogawa STARDOM SCADA up-gradation R3 to R4 Controller NFCP100 to NFCP503 at SV station, HMMS & GSPL offside. Windows -XP Engineering station upgrade to Windows -10 Operating system. Application backup software up-gradation loop checking commissioning & start up.• Implementation for DCS /IPS /FGS related plant change.• Involve in day to day preventive & corrective maintenance activity. • I was involved in clean agent system configuration in Yokogawa Centum VP DCS. & Prosafe- RS ESD.
