Knowledge of 350 MW coal based Captive power plant electrical operations, trouble shooting and maintenance of electrical equipment. Electrical commissioning & installed & handled equipments: Motors, Transformers, VCB, ACB, PCC, MCC, Lighting & Power Distribution Boards, numerical relays, Plant level Maintenance (Equipment tagging, Co-ordination of maintenance planning with Operations, etc) 1. Operation & maintenance of PCC, MCC, MPDB, LDB, LVS, Plant lighting. Responsible of Maintenance and operation knowledge in electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors. Responsible for maintenance & operation of starters & Basic operations of SCADA. Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of AC/DC machines & Circuit Theory & Earthling concepts. Operation and Maintenance of 220 KV switchyard (GIS), HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors. preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance,AMC of various equipments 7. getting all kind of work done complying all processes as per ISO9001,OHSAS as per plan manual maintenance & in projects 8. Know working & utilization of ABB EMS system. update all electrical data in SAP EMS – Project Overview • I have also gain hands on experience in following area. • The EMS is Energy Management system (EMS), comprising the Electrical Distribution • Management System (EDMS), Load Management System (LMS), PQ Control, NDR • System and the Master Clock module. • The EMS shall provide data acquisition, control and monitoring and Load shedding • Facility for the RIL Hazira CCPP electrical system. The EMS shall appear as a system to the user, with consistent methods of operating, monitoring and reporting.) Knowledge of operational & understanding on SAP
