About Jayesh Baviskar
I am an Atlassian Products Specialist (SME) with a strong expertise in Jira troubleshooting and training within the IT-Software industry. My specialties include working as an Atlassian Products Specialist (SME) with a focus on JIRA and Confluence administration, and development of custom scripts. I am responsible for the support, customization, and end-to-end implementation of Atlassian tools, including performance tuning, scaling, backups, and maintenance activities. In my role, I have trained over Jira users and administrators for various clients and implemented test management and automated manual processes within Jira. I have also been involved in integrating Jira with tools like GIT, HP ALM, and ServiceNow.I have extensive experience in effectively communicating with different levels within organizations and technical teams to analyze user requirements and implement JIRA according to customers\' business needs. I am skilled in investigating reported problems to determine root causes and excel in problem-solving and process implementation.My responsibilities have included planning and executing Atlassian tools upgrades, analyzing existing JIRA and Confluence configurations, and migrating to new instances. I have also been actively involved in customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting existing tools, plugins, and advanced scripts. Additionally, I have successfully implemented and maintained JIRA and Confluence for over 40 large and medium enterprise environments and have experience working with product owners to implement Agile Framework and other Atlassian products.I have created, configured, and maintained over 100 sites on Atlassian Enterprise Cloud and have been involved in migrating over 30 Server/DC-based instances to Atlassian Cloud.I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to drive successful outcomes for complex tasks and projects and look forward to contributing to the success of organizations.
