Key responsibilities:• Leading a team of four, training New joiners on the automation architecture based on the Java TestNG framework for simulating buy-side and VeriFIX Emulators for emulating exchanges.• Defining roadmap and plan for upgrading the automation platform depending upon upcoming exchange upgrades by coordinating with engineering, other QA teams and stakeholders.• Responsible for implementing the exchange behaviour in the VeriFIX Emulator, adding new buy-side test cases in CTT and respectively in the VeriFIX Emulator for critical exchange upgrades for example Borsa Italiana (BIT) to Optiq migration, OPTIQ MD TCP, NOMX Ouch 4.0 to 5.0 and Emulator creation – CATS RFQ.• Creating Jira Dashboard for transparency of the cases in progress, completed, reporting bugs and prioritization.• Constant guidance/helping the team with the focus on meeting the agreed ETA.
