Handling Electrical StoreReceive incoming material in store after verifying with the invoice. Generate GRN in the ERP system. Ensure Labelling on the material of GRN number, Receiving date, box quantity, item code. Maintain stock physically vs ERP & Bin card. Responsible to maintain inventory of stock and in case of any shortage of material, inform the purchase dept. Daily follow up with the PPC dept. for material requirement and tracking purpose. Check and verify the material issued against the work order to the production dept. on a daily basis. Responsible to ensure weekly removal of scrap in coordination with purchase dept. Issue material against customer work order in ERP & physically. Reconciling of stock at the end of every month on ERP system. Send Faulty material to relevant party with ERP challan for repairing/replacement purpose. Make Faulty material data & send to purchase dept. on monthly basis & follow up for same. Takes monthly and annual inventory stock and make reports.
