I am a Senior / Project Consultant at EY GDS Hyderabad, working within the People Consulting division, where I support GCC setup consulting and talent delivery for leading Global Capacity Centres. My work focuses on aligning hiring outcomes with business priorities, enabling organizations to build teams that can deliver at scale.With over a decade of experience across recruitment consulting, IT staffing, enterprise sales, delivery coordination, and technology-led services, I bring a balanced understanding of how organizations grow—both through strong talent and through efficient execution. I’ve worked closely with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers across industries, supporting critical hiring needs in areas such as IT staffing, DevOps, QA, and engineering roles, while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder management and delivery discipline.Prior to EY, I led and supported multiple business and consulting initiatives with organizations such as RWS and Sledding Technologies. At RWS, I was involved in enterprise engagement and solutions positioning, working across high-value accounts and supporting operational alignment. At SleddingTech, I contributed to building scalable systems and solutions for clients, including ERP initiatives supporting supply chain operations.
