Oversee final product evaluations and determine whether items are ready for shipment or need to be blocked- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners(development, process and product engineer) to define, align, and clarify technical specifications- Monitor quality initiatives using structured tools and drive continuous improvement across production processes- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurring product or process deviations- Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure traceability through proper archiving and record-keeping- Facilitate the implementation of new procedures or optimize existing workflows to close operational gaps-Provide expert input in cross-departmental projects focused on operational excellence and quality innovation- Prepare and follow up on deviation notices for serial production parts, ensuring timely resolution and documentation- Serve as a key quality contact for production, engineering, and stakeholder queries related to compliance or product integrity- Adapt and create work instructions and training materials tailored for production and engineering teams- Act as the primary contact for quality-related concerns raised by manufacturing or engineering departments- Contribute to the development of a quality-focused culture through awareness initiatives and hands-on coaching- Build and maintain strong networks across production, engineering, and other operational units for effective collaboration- Investigate customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and applying advanced testing methods (e.g, EDM analysis, SEM analysis).
