I am an Instructional Designer at Amazon. I research learning materials, author design docs, develop e-learnings and in-person trainings, work closely with the localization team, and assess training effectiveness based on customer feedback. Prior to my role as Instructional designer, I worked as a Learning Experience Designer. In this role, I designed and developed e-learnings and evaluated training performance based on customer feedback. Additionally, I led A/B tests, designed the accessibility and language guidelines for my team; and ran the Stores Newsletter that went out to 18k customers. I hold a PhD in English, and am an ex-academic with 5+ years of experience teaching at colleges in New Delhi and Washington.
