Hello! I currently oversee Profit and Loss for Axis Bank\'s Debit Card business along with managing few Debit card products that includes the wearables program. Previously, I led the DC Upsell program at Axis for 1.5 years, focusing on Debit Card LCM and Upsell. This involved monitoring the overall health of my DC products, engaging with various stakeholders, managing existing journeys, and collaborating with IT teams to design and launch new digital channels. Prior to this, I managed the Axis Bank Credit Card portfolio for 4 years, with a focus on driving Early Activation and Engagement in the CC team. I\'m passionate about my work and dedicated to fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
