As a Apprentice within the Customer Experience pathway, I play an integral role in supporting and coordinating multiple project activities to ensure successful outcomes. One of my key responsibilities is creating detailed weekly project status reports. These reports track progress, highlight potential risks, and outline next steps, ensuring stakeholders are always informed and aligned on critical tasks and deadlines. This helps maintain project transparency and keeps the team focused on achieving key milestones.I also manage the scheduling of calls and meetings with both internal teams and external customers. By ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups, I help maintain momentum in projects and ensure everyone remains on the same page. My role includes acting as a direct point of contact for customers, where I address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. This proactive customer engagement fosters strong relationships and facilitates smoother collaboration.In addition, I contribute to the development and maintenance of project timelines. I work closely with project managers to create clear timelines, outlining key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. By tracking progress and adjusting plans when necessary, I ensure that the projects stay on track and meet their objectives.As part of my CSR rotation, I help organise and facilitate workshops aimed at providing work experience for students. My responsibilities include coordinating logistics, engaging with participants, and ensuring the smooth execution of the workshops. This experience allows me to contribute to the students\' professional development while enhancing my own skills in workshop facilitation and project coordination.This role is helping me to continuously developing valuable skills in project coordination, customer relationship management, and the use of project management tools.

Hi I’m Jaye. I am a Cross Functional Apprentice currently working as a Project Specialist at Cisco whilst completing a Digital Technology Solutions Degree with the University of Roehampton. I find that the times at which I am most driven is when being faced with a challenge, that not only enables me to step put if my comfort zones but also provides learning opportunities. Over the course of my 4 year degree I am excited by the prospect of being able to further establish both my brand and myself as a Project Manger.
