About Jaye Jones
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, management, and leadership, I am the Vice President of Marketing, People, and Culture at Community Resource Federal Credit Union (CRFCU), a member-owned financial institution that serves the diverse needs of our community. I hold an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a Digital Marketing Pro certificate from Digital Marketing Institute, and a Certificate of Management and Leadership from University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. I am continuously keeping up to date on my marketing skills by taking short certificate courses in SEO, Brand Management, Google Analytics, and so on. In my current role as a senior manager, I lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns and content that enhance our brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audiences. I also develop and oversee non-profit programs that support our mission and values, and foster meaningful partnerships with community stakeholders and members. My passion is empowering my team with trust, support, and a little fun, helping them to grow and excel in their roles and contribute to our shared vision and goals.
