A lover of challenges; always choosing the harder thing; always asking questions, sometimes finding answers. A few things to know. 1) Done nearly everything in the Power Sports industry from Sales and Finance in Dealer Operations; Training teams to succeed; Racing Development and Manufacturing to national lending; where I\'ve increased sales of hundreds of the best power sports dealers across the united states; launched multiple, brand new product segments and partnered with the best OEMs in market to leverage technology, create better bridges between business and consumer and find the next gear. 2) I\'m bad at social media, generally. I\'m working on it. 3) Addressing the above. I\'ve gotten everywhere I\'ve been based on my ability to outwork, achieve and deliver the deliverables. That being said. I\'ve learned what has helped me arrive where I am, won\'t get me to wherever I could go. 4) All the things I do for my Org, my team, my teammates is because I know the struggle and the challenge and all the opportunity that opens up from hard things, is all worth it. Whatever \"it\" ends up being. It\'s the exposure to hard things that makes us all better. 5) The above being said. I\'m still learning. Learning is hard. That\'s probably why I enjoy it.
