Job Responsibility\\\\nCarrying out maintenance and overhauling of various equipment:\\\\n LNG pumps: A) Ebara make high pressure LNG vertical Canned Pumps of (1)16 stages -total 03 nos (Design Pressure :138Barg at 500 M3 /hr.),(2)13 stages -total 02 nos (138Bars@ (B) Ebara make LNG In-tank Pumps (Design Pressure: 18 Barg at 480 M³/hr.)\\\\n• Reciprocating Gas (NG) Compressor (2 Stages,4 Cylinders double acting) of IHI make.\\\\n• Reciprocating instrument air compressor (2 stages) of Kirloskar make.\\\\n• Gas turbine generator of siemens 7.5 MW x 03 Nos\\\\n• Sea water Pumps: single stage centrifugal vertical pumps (Design pressure: 8 Barg Flow: M³/hr) of Kirloskar and Flowserve make.\\\\n• LNG Loading arms (RMCA type 16” x 75 feet with M³/hr ) Make FMC Technologies.\\\\n• Maintenance and installation of various type of valve like PSVs, TSVs, PRV and NRV.\\\\n• Cryogenic pipeline erection and commissioning and fabrication\\\\n• Utility area Maintenance of Water treatment plants, Diesel engine and motor driven fire water pumps, Nitrogen Generation plant, Portable water system.\\\\n• Competent in PACER (Asset Integrity Tool) for carrying out Jobs, creation of Job request, job closing and history updating, issuing and indenting material, creating material MESC Codes etc.\\\\n• Carrying out Maintenance jobs supported with GAS GAME (Global Asset Management Excellence) and ME (Mechanical Execution) Module.\\\\n• Working with standard @ permit vision PTW system, Procedures and work instructions.\\\\n• Following 12 Life Saving Rules established by organization.\\\\n• Trouble Shooting & RCA in LNG Plant Machines & jetty area equipment.\\\\n• Participation in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and observing & reporting FIM (Fountain Incident Management) unsafe conditions/activity, near misses.\\\\n• Execution of Project TLU (LNG loading Unit).\\\\n• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to Provide assistance and technical support.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
