Launched Windows 11 (21H2, 22H2) and Windows 10 versions (1903, 1909, 2004, 20H2, 21H1, 21H2). Define product strategy and priorities, develop and execute product roadmap, identify key business and technical investment areas for the present and future. Establish hardware and software requirements for next generation systems and devices. Engage with hardware and software partners (internal & external) to align roadmap and define schedule. Manage proactive and reactive programs and services for Windows Audio regarding Audio Drivers, Audio Processing Objects (APOs), Pro Audio, Troubleshooting, MIPI SoundWire Device Class for Audio (ACX/SDCA), and User Feedback. Established and supported safeguards for critical driver issues causing significant degradation of customer experience. Optimized and maintained the audio driver servicing pipeline supporting our partnership with the OEM, IHV, and ISV ecosystem.
