What that looks like right now: - Leading the equity raise on a Class A multifamily project in central Ohio, underwritten to a high-teens IRR. - Standing up a programmatic capital relationship to fund a nine-figure development pipeline, not deal by deal. - Tightening the operating side, leasing, maintenance, and construction QA, so the asset captures the value the build creates.

2. Co-Founder, Development Partner

   Co-founded and executed the complete vision for a new luxury hospitality brand. Led the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, architectural design, construction management, and operational strategy to create a premier, high-occupancy destination.

Coordinated all internal and external design and engineering work on $37mil Business Incubator for the UNC Charlotte Campus. - Developed unique design solutions on Core and Shell buildings for NBBJ’s commercial/corporate architecture studio. - Coordinated design process and documentation among in-house and external consultants and partners. - Managed building projects through the entitlement process including construction permit, design review boards, and historical agencies. - Led summer intern and new graduate recruiting program. Planned and executed more than 17 trips by over 30 recruiters annually. - Developed and led the professional registration support program – increased the yearly licensure of the firm 700% from 2 (2007) to 14(2008) - Nominated for a Mentor of the Year award by peers.
