1) Project Management:• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects for the implementation of technological solutions, including resource and timeline management.• Ensuring smooth project execution through close collaboration with internal departments and external partners or service providers.• Documenting, analyzing, and continuously optimizing processes throughout the entire project lifecycle to enhance efficiency and quality.(2) Development of IT and RPA Solutions for Tax Processes:• Designing and implementing RPA solutions to automate tax-related business processes.• Automating repetitive tasks such as data entry and extraction, document processing, and the initiation and management of complex workflows.• Creating customized dashboards for data visualization and analytics to support data-driven decision-making in tax functions.• Experience with AI-powered technologies for workflow automation, including the use of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning for intelligent document analysis and decision support.• Leveraging AI APIs (e.g, OpenAI) to enhance existing automation solutions and develop intelligent applications for process optimization.
