About Jayden Ashton Mamenta

With aspirations in business finance, I am strengthening my knowledge and skills at Texas Tech University, pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Organizational Leadership.I’ve been fortunate to gain hands-on experience applying my skills in real-world settings and contributing meaningfully to organizations I believe in. My first professional opportunity came with The Terra Fund, where I managed LinkedIn content by curating and sharing timely industry-related articles to help build the firm’s online presence and engagement.Shortly after, I stepped into an internship role at The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE), where I developed a foundational understanding of the private equity space. As an intern, I supported email communications and assisted with operational tasks leading up to the annual TIDE Spark Conference, including event setup, directing attendees, and providing on-site support.As of Q1 2025, I now serve as the Administrative Coordinator at TIDE. In this role, I manage and oversee the logistics of the TIDE Spark Conference, working on planning, coordination, and the design of conference materials and operations.Beyond work, I seek opportunities to broaden my perspective and skills. I participated in the Science Entrepreneurship Summer Program, where I gained insight into how companies grow from early-stage startups, learned common patterns behind successful ventures, and explored the steps founders take to position themselves for long-term success.Balancing academics with professional responsibilities can be challenging, but I believe meaningful work comes from being part of initiatives you genuinely believe in. When your work aligns with your values, it becomes both fulfilling and impactful—and that’s what motivates me to give my best every day.
