The system was hosted on Public Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and utilized a web-based three tier architecture, autoscaling and highly available public cloud-based architecture with proper cross geography replications. • Led a team of 40 onsite sand 150 offsite staff.• Managed the end-to-end design and delivery of the solution in adherence with all relevant specification, quality, budget and timeframe requirements. • Duties included planning, estimation, scheduling, performance management, stakeholder management and escalation management. • Converted the Requirement Traceability Matrix into Jira epics, stories, tasks and subtasks to utilize Jira for requirement management whilst also incorporating Agile methodology as a hybrid approach.
