Fault detection and troubleshooting by solarwinds,admin access for network devices.Manually muting,unmanage alerts for ports.Removing and adding interfaces post customer check from monitoring. Raising RITM,CTASK to remove devices for managing sites with tools team.Scheduling Maintenance activity(Rack movement,Power maintenance etc)by meeting.Incident, fault, SR\'s and handling client Escalations, Traffic monitoring, Bandwidth upgradation of WAN circuits.Monitoring more than global sites includes nodes hosted on AWS cloud. Handling off shore clients on chat, bridge call for P1 troubleshooting. Link failure or other critical issues at the CE. Active monitoring ISP links during site down. Network performance by using L1/L2 checks,traffic analysis, packet losses, jitters etc affected by intermittent internet ckt disconnection. Working with Cisco SDWAN based viptela routers, V-manage dashboard for V-smart peers status, V-Edge for end to end between cust edge to corp office network etc. Hands on knowledge of 8200 v-edge routers.
