ABOUT JAYDEEP RAJE

Finance professional with over 12 years of international experience in FMCG Industry and M&A Consulting.Currently working as Commercial Finance Lead for Tesco Group for Mondelez UK (largest Customer Group for Mondelez UK).In my previous roles, I have worked as Category Finance Manager for UK Biscuits as well as FP & A Manager for Europe Chocolate/Biscuits reporting to Category Leadership in Zurich. I was also a part of Global Development Program in Internal Audit handling projects across geographies and functions. Prior to that, I was a part of 2-year Regional Development Program which aimed at building diverse competences by providing multiple rotations within Finance. As a part of this program, I was based out of Tokyo for 2 years as FP & A Lead for Candy in Japan. M&A Consulting (Tax and Restructuring) experience with KPMG India of 2.5 years.Key Strengths- Diversified experience across various verticals like Commercial & Category Finance, Internal Audit, M&A, Taxation has helped me develop a strong business acumen- Keeping the macro picture in mind while recommending solutions to drive results - Collaborating with senior stakeholders on cross functional priorities has helped me understand developed / developing markets as well as build strong finance leadership skills - Proven track record in delivering results across culturally diverse markets such as UK, Japan and India
