About Jaydeep Jadhav
Presently heading a Team of 35 -40 procurement Engineers. Apart from managing Team, resource planning, working as PPM on LiPF6 Battery Project. Earlier to this worked as PPM on Bllue Hydrogen, Blue Ammonia and carbon capture projects. Worked as Lead Expeditor, Project Procurement Manager, Resource planner, Guiding Team on Digitalization and creating BOTS. I am a highly self-motivated individual who enjoys the challenges of a busy, demanding environment. I have gained considerable Procurement experience and can relate well with people at all levels and has the flexibility of working well as part of a team or individually under my own initiative. My main skills are Procurement, Inspection, Man management, problem solving/troubleshooting & Engineering Management.
