Program oversight, staff development and ambassadorship.• Launched in 2020, Facilitator of national virtual support program for young adults with vision loss, offering platform for recent grads and young professionals to connect, navigate challenges, find solutions and recharge their energies. • Launched in 2020, Youth Leadership Program, designed to inspire young people with leadership potential to dive deep, learn about themselves and sharpen skills needed for individual leadership, group collaboration and community influence. • Supervision, training and leadership for teams of multi-disciplinary service providers (rehabilitation teachers, accessibility professionals, enrichment instructors, job coaches, program volunteers). • Curriculum design and execution: raising the bar through relevant and tailored lesson planning, accommodating diverse learning styles and wide ranging pre-vocational skill areas. • Recruit and collaborate with community partners to expand learning and experiential opportunities for participants: job shadowing, special events, industry exposure, internships.
