About Jayda Burger

I bring a strong background in several key areas of Human Resources, including Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HRIS Administration, and Recruiting. These are not only my core competencies but also the aspects of HR I’m most passionate about. I take pride in creating a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth through these functions. My passion for Human Resources grew from the desire to make a meaningful impact in the workplace by helping others. I am motivated to support employees and empower them to thrive within the workplace. I was fortunate to align this passion with my academic journey at Indiana University, where I earned an Honors degree in Human Resources Management. After graduation, I relocated across the country to Washington and I now call Bellevue home. I’m driven by a growth mindset, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and continuously expand my HR knowledge and skills. My goal is to make a positive, lasting impact on the people and culture of any organization I am a part of.
