Program breadth: Eleven (11) vehicle models, and over Forty (40) programs ranging from Traditional ICE and Electrified Propulsions with Advanced ADAS and Autonomous Feature Sets. Execute, maintain, and improve the operational efficiency and leadership of highly productive engineering design teams team consisting of Senior Managers and Design Product Engineers and Electrical & Mechanical CAD Design Engineers. Actively support internal customers ranging from Cross-Functional vehicle system design teams (SMTs) to Purchasing, Quality, Validation, and Manufacturing. Responslble for multi-million dollar Electrical SMT budget including Labor/Headcount, Tooling, CAPEX, Internal and Outside Engineering Expense. Mentor & Coach for next generation leaders developing technical and professional skill sets in order to enhance and output innovative solutions to complex engineering and design problems.
