I am currently the functional lead for Reporting and Analytics in our migration from SAP and SAP Business Warehouse to Workday Cloud HCM. We will be using Workday Prism as the backbone of our data migration and integration strategy. As a result, I’m touching many aspects of the new HR processes that are being created as a part of the Workday effort and learning all kinds of fun things about Workday. I am still responsible for the HR Business Warehouse from a metrics and KPIs perspective. I am also leading efforts to enhance and augment dashboards using Tableau. I continue to support advanced ad-hoc management reporting and analytics for HR across Comcast Cable.
