Jayce Baron is a regenerative wellness and longevity founder, hospitality developer, and award winning film and television executive producer. He is the Founder of Anka House, a global wellness and regenerative living platform rooted in land stewardship, olive orchard & vineyard culture, and long horizon health.His work sits at the intersection of environment, psychology, and culture, designing spaces that support physical longevity, emotional restoration, and regenerative agriculture while maintaining operational discipline and long term asset value.Jayce serves as an appointed member of Yale University’s Department of Psychology advisory board, contributing to research focused on male survivors of sexual assault. His advocacy experience informs his systems level approach to wellness, understanding healing as both personal and structural.Prior to launching Anka House, Jayce produced and directed the award winning documentary Beyond Ed Buck, which premiered on AMC’s ALLBLK platform, and has collaborated with institutions including NBC, Forbes, Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, GLAAD, and Human Rights Campaign. His work has reached audiences in over 50 countries.In 2016, he contributed to the advancement of California’s SB 813, removing the statute of limitations on rape. He was recognized among national leaders for his advocacy and continues to serve in local government in Los Angeles, co chairing diversity and government relations initiatives.Jayce’s leadership philosophy is grounded and long term.
