ABOUT JAYCE SERRINS
I’m in my last semester at San Diego State University studying Finance, something I’ve grown to genuinely love. I actually started college in marketing and psychology, and while I’m glad I did, I realized what I enjoy most is helping people make sense of their money and plan for their goals. That’s what led me to finance.Outside of school, I work as a sales associate and stylist, and I also help with operations and event planning in the jewelry space. It’s taught me a lot about communication, problem-solving, and staying calm when things get hectic. These are all skills I know will carry over into the financial world.I’m especially interested in financial planning and I’m looking for a full-time opportunity starting January 2026. My classes next semester are all in the evenings, so I’m completely open during the day for a 9-to-5 role, whether it’s remote or local.More than anything, I want to build a career that feels meaningful, helping people feel confident about their future while continuing to learn and grow along the way.I’m always open to connecting with others in any field.
