Supervise day to day operation of the Utilities and Waste Water units including Demineralizers, Reverse Osmosis, Clarifiers, Cooling Water systems, CPI/IGF, Benzene Strippers, Sanitary Sewage Treatment Plant, and Biological Treatment Units in support of two Ethylene units. Monitor and report Outfalls. Oversee training of operators in my area. Oversee generation and editing of procedures. Plan and execute unit outages for maintenance. Use SAP to write work orders and requisitions. Monitor and oversee ordering of consumables. Write evaluations for hourly employees. Utilize Engineering support to develop any MOC\'s or ESR\'s necessary for replacements or upgrades. Maintain car seal program. Work with Engineering to develop and maintain our 5-year Capital Improvement Plan.

I am self-motivated and enjoy learning and sharing new technology and ideas. I am very good at troubleshooting systems as well as individual pieces of equipment. I have a very wide range of experience. My objective is to always provide a positive impact on any project I\'m involved with. I have experience with two grass roots start ups. The first was straight ethane cracker and the second was an E/P cracker. I also commissioned a moth balled E/P cracker prior to my Westlake tenure. I had several years in the LDPE business where I punched and commissioned two autoclave and one tubular reactor lines. I\'ve always enjoyed bringing a unit on line and then finding its limits. I\'m always looking for the next challenge.
