ABOUT JAYCE HERBERT
While in school, I have worked for a variety of companies. These companies have ranged from Information Technology to Customer Service to Real Estate. While working for the IT department at College of Charleston as an administrative assistant, I learned skills such as organization, scheduling, calculating inventory, and analyzing data. After my time at College of Charleston, I worked for several miscellaneous service-oriented restaurants. Working in the restaurant industry taught me unparalleled customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. After working in this industry, I moved into a position at a Real Estate Company in Columbia, South Carolina. While attending USC, I worked in the property management department, the financing department, and the credit repair department for this company. In all of these positions my skills in management, loan origination, and credit repair grew exponentially. I became a licensed loan originator (NMLS #16•••93) while maintaining my job as a property coordinator. Through all of these positions, I learned a great deal about the Real Estate market. I also learned some operational processes of running a small business. Before starting, BSR Home was a small property management company with 25 properties. After leaving, the company had grown to over 35 properties and over 50 clients in credit repair. Working for this company gave me great business experience as well as an in-depth understanding of the Real Estate industry.©2019 A division of Finance of America Mortgage LLC | Equal Housing Lender | NMLS ID #1071 Mortgage Banker License #09•••84 | Licensed by the Department of Business Oversight under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act Questions, comments, concerns?
