Co-founded and grew the Open Institute into a pan‑African advisory hub, partnering with more than 15 governments and 30 NGOs to launch citizen‑driven open data portals and transparency initiatives that published over 200 public datasets used by thousands of citizens and researchers. Led strategy and fund‑raising to scale operations across Africa, oversaw cross‑sector collaborations, and designed capacity‑building programs that trained over 500 civil servants and community leaders in data literacy and civic technology.
