I love helping people buy houses on the way to achieving the lifestyle they want. I care about people and I really want them to have a good experience, so I\'m very intentional about being highly responsive, highly communicative, and completely honest and transparent. I\'ve gone ALL IN on \"cash-on-cash\" return which I believe is the true power behind using mortgages to buy houses and I\'ve seen what CoCr has done for me and my family. It\'s great being in a business where I can help people make massive leaps forward financially. While I am confident that I will always be competitive, I may not always be the best price. But what I can commit to is my excellent level of service to the customer, and to everyone involved in the transaction. At Edge Home Finance we have about 50 lender relationships we can source mortgage programs and products from, making me a one-stop-shop for borrowers. Working with me will give the borrower a great sense of where the market is at any given time since I can quickly check pricing across many different lenders at once, so the borrower always knows their rate is competitive. I love educating borrowers on the best loan package for their situation while keeping things simple and straight forward, not allowing the borrower to become overwhelmed. Having several lenders means I have access to some of the fastest turnaround times in the business as well. So not only will the borrower have a competitive interest rate, but they will also be able to get their loan closed quickly and efficiently. When there are issues, I take ownership and responsibility, and I simply hustle to get things done and get the loan to the endzone. Mortgages are not transactions to me, but a service I get to provide to another real human, and through it I get to build relationships with my clients that can last a lifetime. I want to provide the best service possible so that I get to retain a client for the long-haul, keeping in touch over time for servicing needs etc, with the goal of becoming and remaining a trusted real estate advisor to my clients.
