I am an incubation and program management professional with hands-on experience supporting rural and Agri-tech startups, driving innovation-led development, and building collaborative ecosystems across government, academia, corporates, and impact-driven organizations.Over the past few years, I have designed and executed incubation programs, mentorship frameworks, and strategic workshops that help founders refine their business models, validate their products, and scale sustainably. My work also includes coordinating high-impact visits, investor pitch sessions, and ministry showcases while enabling meaningful stakeholder engagement.Beyond startup support, I have contributed to rural development and CSR initiatives, leading projects focused on livelihood enhancement, food processing, millet promotion, skill development, and community-level capacity building. I believe in fostering inclusive innovation—where technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact meet.I’m passionate about strengthening the rural innovation pipeline, creating opportunities for entrepreneurs, and enabling programs that generate scalable, sustainable, and community-centered impact.
