As Co-Director of Logistics at TEDxMSU, I lead the planning and execution of event operations, overseeing timelines, team coordination, and on-site logistics to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and speakers. I collaborate closely with the executive board and other teams to align logistics with the overall vision of the event, while also driving outreach and engagement efforts to expand TEDxMSU’s presence across campus.This role is strengthening my leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, as I manage multiple moving parts and guide a team in a fast-paced environment. It has also enhanced my ability to delegate effectively, communicate across teams, and think strategically about event execution and student engagement.I’m excited to continue growing as a leader, refining my operational expertise, and contributing to the impact and reach of TEDxMSU within the university community.
