I am a highly experienced procurement and supply chain professional with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in implementing and optimizing ERP systems, I possess extensive hands-on expertise with JD Edwards (JDE) and Coupa platforms. My work across global companies like IKO North America, Infosys BPM, and Tesco has enabled me to lead complex transitions, support ERP integrations, and optimize procurement workflows. Previously, I was a Procurement Team Lead at Infosys BPM, where I successfully managed the transition projects across eight delivery centers globally, involving the changeover from Ariba to Coupa ERP system. I also provided technical assistance and support to procurement users, contributed to end-to-end procurement transformation in 32 countries, and managed category operations and negotiations for various clients. Coupa Technical Capabilities: During my tenure as a Procurement Process Team Lead at Infosys BPM, I was heavily involved in Coupa rollouts and system integrations. My contributions include: Ariba to Coupa Transition: Led the transition of procurement systems from Ariba to Coupa across 32 countries in a span of 6 months. This involved preparing SOPs, conducting UAT, and supporting end-to-end system integration. COA Creation and Rollout: Collaborated with stakeholders to define and implement Chart of Accounts (COA) for new country rollouts, ensuring accurate financial mapping and compliance. Approval Chain Configuration: Set up approval workflows and chain of approvals within Coupa for purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with global procurement policies. Role Management and User Support: Managed user roles and permissions within Coupa, providing technical support via L1 and L2 channels, troubleshooting, and guiding users through procurement functionalities. System Testing and Audit Compliance: Conducted rigorous testing of newly implemented COAs, ensuring alignment with business processes. Supported SOX audit compliance across various countries. Process Improvement: Developed a Global Process Model (GPM) for Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, integrating it with SAP, and enhancing the global procurement workflow. KPI Development: Created key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement team and conducted regular review meetings with stakeholders. I have worked with various platforms including SAP, Coupa, JDE Ariba, Oracle 11i, Service Now, and Salesforce, and utilized Tableau and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
