At Civica, I work closely with the Campaign, Marketing, and UK teams to create designs that not only look good but genuinely support what we’re trying to communicate. My focus is always on clarity, consistency, and making sure every visual feels right for the audience.Most of my day-to-day work involves taking a brief, understanding the message behind it, and shaping it into clean and engaging designs for emails, social posts, presentations, and wider campaigns. I care a lot about making the content easy to follow, so the design doesn’t just decorate the message, it amplifies it.I enjoy mixing creativity with practical, strategic thinking to keep our visuals modern and on-brand. My goal is simple: deliver designs that help our teams communicate better, improve user experience, and create a stronger, more unified visual identity for Civica.
