I have been into the Garment Industry from the past 14 years and have worked with various Retail and Export brands catering to all the categories -Kidswear, Womenswear and Menswear. Today working as Head of Design, my responsibilities are to handle the creative team, train each member, and provide guidance in every part of the designing process. I overall command over the creative team\'s design and the entire company. I provide insights into the artistic path to the company. With so much experience into this industry, today I consider myself highly-creative, good in management, and can articulate abstract ideas clearly and relay them to company administrators, customers, and clients.

Reporting directly to the General Manager Marketing, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams -PD Team, Production Team, Sampling Team while driving the company\'s vision to emphasis on speed, design and quality contributing significantly to its growth. Even with endeavours of growth in mind, company strive to maintain its core values and remain as a dependable supplier and employer.
