Responsible for managing an org of 120 people with 7 direct managers, engineers and technicians in the Vacuum System Group- Implement proactive solutions for quality and safety related events- Work with multiple vendors and the Global Supply Chain team ensuring timely availability of parts to reduce downtime of tool maintenance and repair- Forge critical partnership with multiple modules in thin film, etch, dielectric and metal group, cost commodity team and vendors to drive the roadmap and implement solutions to improve the cost for the organization- Responsible for end of year performance review, pay increase for technicians, engineers, managers and oversees budgeting for the org- Develop long-term strategies, training plans, and documentations to improve training of technicians, engineers and managers in the module- Serve as the hiring manager for technicians, engineers and managers for the operations team.
