ABOUT JAYARAMAN SUBRAMANIAM
A graduate in mechanical engineering and a post-graduate in Management from IIM Kolkata with wide experience in diverse industries ranging from automobiles, construction, Iron & Steel and IT services. I have held senior level positions in various organizations with significant achievements. Currently in education management and handling end to end responsibility for admissions, academic administration and placements. A strong urge to make a difference to other people’s lives attracted me to teaching. I teach courses in human resource management, performance management, competency based recruitment and selection, organization change and development. Well versed in student mentoring and development. My research interests include talent management, performance management, Organization development and training and development.I consult with leading organizations in India on the above areas and conduct management development programs for senior executives in several organizations in the areas of leadership development and team building, performance management, negotiation skills, influencing skills and particularly skilled in conducting programs with experiential learning techniques.
