Our vison is to create Governance by design, a one stop solution seamlessly simplified with built-in Compliance, enabling our stakeholders for speed-to-market.Overall experience-Over 27 + yrs in the Investment Banking & Capital Markets Industry handling multiple roles in Operations, Operational Effectiveness, Risk Management, Business Development & Stakeholder Management.Previous experience-Worked with Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) as Vice President (Business Development) with responsibility to dirve and support the unification & integration of broking licenses for maximising the advantage of integration to MCX members and their clients until February 2020.Joined MCX in June 2017 to head the Clearing & Settlements for the exchange operations for its day-to-day Clearing and Settlements of the Commodities futures & otions contracts trading Metals, Energy & Agri Commodities. Was moved to Business Development team to spearhead the Integration exercise for MCX members. October 2013 to June 2017-Was responsible for oversight of the Global Market Operations & Middle Office Operations for Bank of Americas captive unit based in Gurgaon and responsible to oversee and manage the Trade processing, Settlements, Stock Loans Account Management & ETF Operations for 200+ FTE’s across Hyderabad & Gurgaon.Various roles with Deutsche bank group between March 2005 to September 2013-Started in March 2005 to October 2009 overseeing Custody Operations for Bank\'s TSS Business for European Custody covering Germany, Spain & Italy.October 2009 to November 2010 - As a FINRA qualified Operations Specialist with Independent responsibility to managing day-to-day US Securities Operations and spearhead the project to re-align the operations covering Equities & Fixed Income Services inclusive of Settlements, Stock Loans, Reconciliations & Reporting to a Product & Location aligned COE for all business verticals.November 2010 to March 2012 - Deputed on a project to transition the Human Resources Workforce Information & Analytics from Frankfurt & London to a COE as Global Relationship Manager to senior HRBP’s (MD’s) for GTO, CFO & CRO covering employees of the bank.
