Operational Excellence- Support Daily Operations: Supervise execution of shift activities to meet performance targets (e.g. productivity, quality, safety, and cost)- Monitor Metrics & KPIs: Track and report on operational metrics, proactively addressing variances- Process Compliance: Ensure SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards are followed consistently- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot floor issues quickly to minimize disruptions and escalate where necessary.2. Training & Capability Development- Onboarding & Induction: Lead or coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure strong early engagement and understanding of expectations- OJT (On-the-Job Training): Oversee and evaluate on-floor training delivered by Learning Ambassadors or team leads.3. Team Supervision & Development- Lead & Motivate Teams: Supervise frontline staff, drive engagement, and create a positive, performance-driven culture- Provide Coaching & Feedback: Support continuous performance improvement through regular coaching sessions- Performance Monitoring: Conduct spot checks and audits, provide feedback on behavioral and performance issues, and support corrective actions when needed- Support Shift Planning: Assist with roster management.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Act as a Liaison: Collaborate with Training, Operations, HR, and Safety teams to align on priorities and escalate challenges- Support Business Initiatives: Participate in pilot programs, new launches, or continuous improvement projects- Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment between ops execution and training outcomes.5. Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify Gaps: Use data from performance trends, feedback, and audits to identify training or process gaps- Implement Solutions: Recommend and roll out improvements in training delivery or operational processes.
