Overall Responsibility of SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (Purchase & Materials Management)•Standardising the Inventory and Procurement workflows across hospital. Responsible for procurement functions covering following categories :(Project Procurement -Civil, Non Medicals items & Supporting items) Medicines, Consumables, Lab Reagents & General Store items (Printing Stationary, Linen, House keeping items etc) CAPEX & Opex items. •Managing Complete PR to PO process staring from Purchase Requisition, RFQ/RFP,tendering management to contract finalisation.•Admin Services like Canteen, Laundry, Transport vehicles, Medical gas & Manpower rate contract finalization with coordination. •To Achieving better EBITA% Making continuous efforts to reduce procurement prices without compromising on quality by rate negotiations, vendor substitution, brand substitution and/or having shorter channels of supply etc.•To continuously make effort to increase the sales, service standards and achieve targets without deviating the KPI’s.•Documentation & Records, Commercial Procedures/guide & policies.•Creating of invitations to tender along with the necessary technical documentation and discussion with superior for good tender cost which is suitable according to finance under budget.•Comparison of received quotes and finalising based on lead time,Payment terms, Specifications Quality of the product and other purchase parameters.
