I am Jayant, a talent, OD and HR strategy professional; an executive and leadership coach; trainer; and seasoned management professional, bringing my years of experience to walk with people in their journey of self development.An IIM Ahmedabad graduate, I worked as a management consultant for years with several clients and in several countries before discovering my passion in people.
